 What is Physical fitness?

Physical fitness refers the state of health in which the body is sufficient to perform different activities , like; sports ,daily work etc.It refers to a situation under which you can do a work back to back without any stress or fatigue , the person who can perform it easily in daily life they can be called as physically fit person .

The physical fitness can only be achieved by a proper nutrition or a proper diet and it is to be followed for a interval of time without breaking it .

As before a time physical fitness is considered as doing work without any fatigue .On that time it helps people to do work faster by encouraging them .

Physical fitness increases the imune system of human body and enhance the working capacity of a person and make them eligible to do work . But as old times everyone thought that it is essential for man only but on later they realize that it is not compulsory for man only ,it can helps women to improve their imunity system by it , it also helps  women to fight from diseases and make them stronger in her intensive periods.

If you are moving toward for a physical fitness, then it is a great experience that you are going to gain it .  Fitness lead you to the best experience beyond the lethargic life . So for that there are several steps or process are given below;



AEROBIC

It is a type of activity or exercise which are performed in the presence of air or in a open environment ,that activity are known as aerobic  activity .By doing these exercises you can lose or moderate your weight , there are some basic tips of doing it ;

Atleast 150 min per week of moderate aerobic

Atleast 75 min per week of vigorous aerobic

This exercises should be done for 300 min per week [as sum of both].By doing these exercises physically fitness of a person will enhance properly.

STRENGTH TRAINING

In fitness training our muscles contribute a main role in fitness, and for that our muscles should have a strong strenght in it . For making our muscle stronger there are some exercises and trainings for it .The best way to building up the muscle is home workout or gym workout .

In gym we have to tarin ourself to carry a weight for a set of time or for a interval of time . There are many exercises for that  like ;

Chest exercise  ,  biceps exercise   ,  triceps exercises ,  shoulder exercises  or leg exercises which is generally known as thigh exercise

These type of exercises should be done practice in daily life , and for effectivness there should be round of 12-15 in a set and there should be 3 set each day of a  particular exercise . By doing this our muscle will feel a load on it an starting to preparing itself .

Daily exercise for atleast one hour [ it can be exceeded for more then one but not enough  ]

Proper diet should be followed for a proper fitness [ there should be equal contribution of protein and carbs in it to fulfil body requirement ].

Be on track of getting or loosing calories as per direction of your guide [per day or week ].

Encourage yourself to do training and workout daily , for that stay motivated and try to live in positive environment.

Due to heavy exercises our body can be dehydrate for that, drink water more and more [ in a day atleast 6-7 liter for adult ].

Try to some supplement if you unsatisfied with your diet [ but it is should be in supervision of a guide]
