A healthy lifestyle means maintaining a nutritious and balanced diet as well as physical fitness or sports related activities. In simple words we can say Healthy lifestyle is disease free life.

According to world health organization in the whole world only one in ten people exercise regularly and maintaining their health and making their life diseases free.

What is the cause of bad health ?

The main effect of poor health is junk food and the popularity of fast food is increasing day by day which leads to many diseases and many problems in our body.

Local foods such as fried momos, fried noodles and many fried snacks are laden with too much fats and calories.

By consuming this types of meals on a daily basis can increase the amount of weight gain.

Obesity and Overweighted people suffers from many health difficulties such as high blood pressure, abnormal cholesterol level, diabetes, many heart diseases and strokes or even cancer. Hence,
