Physical fitness refers the state
of health in which the body is sufficient to perform different activities ,

In gym we have to tarin ourself to carry a weight for a set
of time or for a interval of time . There are many exercises for that like ;
Chest exercise , biceps exercise ,
triceps exercises , shoulder

These type of exercises should be done practice in daily
life , and for effectivness there should be round of 12-15 in a set and there
